What to expect
4 days / 3 nights in beautiful lakeside cabins int he beautiful Shushwap region in British Columbia.
During the day we will dive into Yoga, Meditations, Human Design, Energetics, Deep Visualizations, Self Understanding & Compassion.
There will be activities out in nature and on the lake, beautiful meals together and time to bond and connect with incredible like minded souls.

My name is Amelia Lehmann
I have been a receiver of energy work for most of my life. This built the path for me to move into energy healing work myself. I am now a Reiki practitioner, Human Design & Energetic Alignment coach and advocate for women creating the lives of their dreams.
I lead women with clarity, kindness, compassion and a little tough love (sometimes).
